Safe Spaces: Redefining Strength & Vulnerability (Men's Mental Health Forum)
In honour of Men's Mental Health Month, BEMAD Kenya invites you to a safe, virtual conversation designed to break the silence around men's psychological well-being.
We will be joined by peer mentors and mental health advocates to discuss:

Dealing with academic, financial, and family pressures.

Deconstructing the phrase 'mwanamume ni kuvumilia' (unmasking societal expectations)

Constructive coping mechanisms, self-reflection, and where to seek help.

This is a non-judgmental space for young men to speak, listen, and support one another. Both men and women are welcome to listen and advocate.
